Let me try to blog it out...

Hey there! We think so many things, yet we are not able to write them down exactly. But I'm making a try to see how much I can type my thoughts down so that they become history. It would be nice to look back and check what I have written and also to share with others my thoughts :-)... los geht! (get started). BTW, as I'm in Munich now, I'll use bit of German here and there but I'll also give the English translation!

Move to Munich

Wow! It has been three weeks since I moved from little cobbled stone Aachen to the Bayern's (Bavaria) capital: München (Munich) :-) ...getting used to work though I'm working for the same company and almost same project I was working little more than two years back! Was MS worth!? ;) that will be in another post! BTW, I'm employed by a different company now. The two years were really tough....really really tough! I came with so many aspirations and as always the initial enthu dies down and you end up finally telling yourself what the heck did I do - but overall I feel its worth coming far off and seeing different life, new experiences. Indian chicken curry...

I cooked for the second time in Germany Indian Chicken curry with the help of my German roomates...umm it tastes so good and all my German friends enjoyed so much. I got the recipe from my closest sis-in-law and here it goes: Ingredients: - Chicken = 2kg: small/medium pieces. - Onions = 5-6 in number: cut them into long pieces. - Garlic = 1 & 1/2 in number (big ones that you get in Germany): cut them into small pieces. - Ginger = half the amount of garlic: cut them into small pieces. - Cloves (in Kannada: lavanga) = 13 in number. - Cinnammon (in Kannada: chakka) = 6 pieces (1 inch length) - Cardomom (in Kannada: elakki) = 3 in number. - Fresh mint leaves (in Kannada: pudina) = two handfuls :-) - Coriander powder (in Kannada: dhania powder) = 3 full tbspns. - Chilli powder (in Kannada: menasini kayi pudi) = 2 full tbspns (according to your need). - Fresh Coconut (in Kannada: tengina kayi) = 1 : use only half.
