Indian chicken curry...

I cooked for the second time in Germany Indian Chicken curry with the help of my German roomates...umm it tastes so good and all my German friends enjoyed so much. I got the recipe from my closest sis-in-law and here it goes: Ingredients: - Chicken = 2kg: small/medium pieces. - Onions = 5-6 in number: cut them into long pieces. - Garlic = 1 & 1/2 in number (big ones that you get in Germany): cut them into small pieces. - Ginger = half the amount of garlic: cut them into small pieces. - Cloves (in Kannada: lavanga) = 13 in number. - Cinnammon (in Kannada: chakka) = 6 pieces (1 inch length) - Cardomom (in Kannada: elakki) = 3 in number. - Fresh mint leaves (in Kannada: pudina) = two handfuls :-) - Coriander powder (in Kannada: dhania powder) = 3 full tbspns. - Chilli powder (in Kannada: menasini kayi pudi) = 2 full tbspns (according to your need). - Fresh Coconut (in Kannada: tengina kayi) = 1 : use only half.
